Replaceable You is a good Simpsons episode, although maybe not as fun and enjoyable as the previous three episodes of the 23rd season, although I did enjoy the side story as well as the guest appearance of Jane Lynch as Roz.
Homer gets a new co-worker named Roz (Jane Lynch) who,at the start seems nice but it turns out shes trying to steal Homers job, meanwhile, after Bart and Martin win a science fair with a robot baby seal, they decide to make more and make a fortune of it,especially for the Springfield Retirement Home.
