Storyline

Kyle grudgingly follows Paul's instructions to flaunt his perfect body and allow the gay boss of the heritage inspectors to pet it, but toasts afterward on the charm sacrifice's result: they promise to oppose the development project. Rhys is amused that Lorraine mistook Jade's Superwoman costume skirt for a cleaning cloth and accordingly ruined it, Malcolm to find Jade locked herself in after commandeering Lorraine to make her another for Sonya's S-theme birthday party, where Lucas finds his Spartacus costume far from original. Tauntingly informed by Paul, Peter Noonan orders Toadie, still on probation, to join him for crisis consultation stat, never mind the party. Written by KGF Vissers

"Why you share with girl like this?"

A bit of a mixed episode. Both Toadie and Kyle see the drawback of the side they've chosen but, although Peter is once more portrayed as rather heavy-handed and threatening, again the issue of Toadie having to work long hours in his new job seems a bit obvious and his family forcing him to turn his phone off seems rather naive. At least the party is a decent one with a fair turnout. The incident of Jade being locked in the laundry doesn't go as far as might be expected but it's nice someone remembered to seal the plot hole about the back door.

There's a showdown between Jade and Lorraine which is probably meant to be funny but Lorraine soon crosses the line into annoying and comes across as a bit of a snob.Jade firing her actually seems a pretty reasonable response.
