Saw this film last night at the Philadelphia Jewish Film Festival, and met and spoke with film-maker Dan Edelstyn. Especially interesting since his and my Ukrainian roots cross, but about 15 years removed.
Especially liked the interspersing of the present with the past, and film-maker's use of his own family and friends to create the story.
Now, if only I could get a DVD of this ...
