Conscious that she indirectly caused Grace's death and unable to concentrate on her mock exams Franky feels alienated from her friends and smothered by her well-intentioned gay dads. Thus when drug pusher Luke reappears she finds herself drawn to his violent life style with some of it even rubbing off on her at home. Counselling is no help and when Nick tries to intervene when Luke starts another fight and ends up getting hurt Franky almost seems to relish it. However after snorting cocaine before enforced sex with Luke she starts to realise what a brute he is and is ultimately reconciled both with her fathers and with Nick. Written by don @ minifie-1

Wow-Joe Cole
25 February 2012 | by (United Kingdom) – See all my reviews

Joe Cole's, performance as Luke is exhilarating true and brutal. Consuming this imaginarium with such a burning passion and destructiveness, pulling all in to him, I could not take my eyes off him as he Embraced us with a smouldering vitality- holding up his fellow "actors" as he true- the kind of person you might follow no questions asked. Absolute madness and instability, Joe Cole was wild..Inspiring. He is an actors actor. Definitely worth the watch as a performance study i am absolutely stunned, at long last an ACTOR on skins.

OF Luke, from me.

It fell out, laced and tired, on to the floor, heavy with sin. Now, in the forever of today he wills himself into kicking and sleeping. This space; what infinite be called if infinite existed. It is a down but never a deep. "I am broken" etched in delight danced viciously overhead- in through eyes and threw stomach. Lascivious/Adulterer was his chest of draws and all he had to show for in his fast collapsing world of lies and secret songs- black as plague and catching as.. A smile when we least deserve it. He did succumb, two years in today, to those scars she ripped inside him. He said "id rather stay awake than stay awake and dying"
