Jimmy tries to make things right with Nucky and helps him with his election fraud trial and needs help in return in settling his dispute with Manny Horvitz. On Fallon's advice, Nucky proposes to Margaret and admits that one of his motivations, in upcoming addition to loving her and her children, is to keep her from testifying against him in the upcoming federal trial. Although she agrees, it soon becomes apparent that her religious beliefs trump her loyalty to him. Jimmy finds out that he is not the primary heir of the Commodore's estate while Lansky and Luciano decide on entering into satisfying the growing market in heroin. Written by
