I thought it was dull, and uninteresting. Nothing really much happens, there's a vaguely creepy doll that vanishes, and messages written about. With a lot of the kids arguing with each other about it.
I can often enjoy horror made for children, because they often have fun plots, I even still love titles like Goosebumps, Are You Affaid of the Dark, and Creeped Out. So I know to go into kids horror with a certain mind set. I have a lot of fun with it.
The Mother telling the story makes the pacing weird, and it goes back to the Mum telling the story to the kids at odd moments. The cinematography is fine, but except for that it comes across as very low budget.
