If anything there is brief tribal nudity.

This movie is very violent. Almost non stop for the entire 4.5 hours. Lots of bloody bullet wounds. And lots of hand to hand combat with machetes and rocks and spears/arrows.

Many suicides by hanging and machetes occur.

Countless beheadings.

Numerous instances of tobacco use and wine drinking. Part of tribal ceremonies is how it's used.

Nothing scary, but the battle scenes could be quite disturbing to some. In the end a man is torn apart by wild dogs. Also, the hangings and other suicide parts can be very disturbing, even hard to watch.
