Trivia

The mobius drag strip is a nod to the orange HotWheels flexible race tracks originally sold in the 1980s. They could be connected in loops, bent into swirls, etc. You can even see lines where the pieces of track are connected. See more »

Goofs

Before the Professor & Leela crash into each other he's wearing a leather outfit, right after the crash he's wearing his usual white lab coat. See more »

Weird Episode
19 July 2013 | by See all my reviews

This whole episode was just strange and unusual. It didn't feel like I was watching Futurama, but rather a show with the same characters and setting. The way the plot played out was unusual and just the whole way through it felt like I was watching a different, more generic cartoon show. Almost like someone was blackmailed to put this into production. What happened?!

This may be the first and only episode I've ever strongly disliked. Futurama is still my favorite show of all time, but this episode was just awful I'm sorry to say. Also, the whole verbal abuse joke was just not funny, no matter how many times it came up in the episode.
