Storyline

The native cultures of Northern America were self-sufficient, mostly hunting and cultivating warrior courage. They flourished until the arrival of Europeans, who soon started overtaking huge territories on the trail of explorers such as Lewis & Clark, who proved the continent can be crosses from ocean to ocean. The gold rush, epidemics and the near-extinction of the buffalo by railroad-companies weakened the Indians no less then the military, which saw to the containment of of remnant tribes in reservations, which ironically grew prosperous trough privileges such as casino-keeping since governments and public opinion stopped hating the 'savages' and vow to protect their heritage.
