You won't feel good after seeing this film
blameline4 September 2020
And perhaps you aren't meant to. I was horribly devastated after seeing this, and felt so absolutely horrible about the chain of events depicted in this film. There are some dignified characters in this film, but many who, if they suffered a slow and painful death, that would be too good for them. This is a sad film to watch, and hopefully it can bring about some good in the world by making so many of us aware of the inhumanities depicted here.

Poor and completely false tear squeezer on a "hot" top with a lot of plot holesic.

Warning: Spoilers
1. A boy leaves a country house in a black Volga GAZ 3102 with region 90 on it, and at the station gets out of a black GAZ 31029 from region 177 (the only car the film crew has allowed to the station); 2. In the film, the actor drives a black BMW X5, but several times in motion they show the rear of the gray X5 and at the station he moves away from the gray one (the cameraman is not a car enthusiast and was filming all SUVs in a row, he got confused) 3. A BMW drove up to a country house and parked with its front bumper, and drove away with its rear bumper facing the house (the money allocated for filming did not allow spending a few seconds on a U-turn) 4. In the finale, the actor watches the cop from the car through a window with a window, like on old Lada cars, and immediately sets off after him in a BMW, which abandoned windows 40 years ago.

5. Magazines are used as "rugs" in the car (Muscovites always do this, they drive an old BMW X5, bought with their last money, and instead of carpets they use the press) The entire film is impossible to understand the chronology if you go by the time of day. It feels like they filmed all the scenes from the film at the same time, ended up in the parking lot near the station, immediately filmed the arrivals of all the characters at once, then went out onto the platform and filmed several unrelated scenes again in a short time. The editing of the film deserves the lowest rating! After editing, no one even bothered to look at it, otherwise a person in their right mind could not help but notice such nonsense.

6. The boy initially ended up at the police station in the evening, after a short scene of getting to know each other he runs away from them, but it's already morning on the street.

7. The wife kicks them out of the house early in the morning, they get ready and go out, but they are driving in the car late in the evening.

8. A boy, having arrived by car at the station in the middle of a clear sky, runs to the platform, and there it is already dark.

9. The actor runs after the cop into the airport building, then they show that he is already drinking coffee at the bar, and after some time his pursuer appears out of breath (he gave him the opportunity to drink coffee) 10. A fight near the airport building takes place at night, and at the same time the plane to Vienna takes off against the backdrop of the bright setting sun.

The following is just a collection of stupid and implausible moments: 11. The actor attacked and shook a policewoman in a police building (imagine someone attacking police officers inside a service building, and they would instantly raze it to the ground) 12. The mother went to get pies, and in a moment of tragedy, she drops the cheese sandwiches (for the screenwriter there is not much difference) 13. She went to the platform for food (I don't remember any food outlets there) 14. Passing by a carriage, she falls, as if under a train (the platforms at the station are level with the carriage, you can't even put your foot between them, much less fall.) 15. An international passport for a child was issued in 1 day (operational service) 16. The husband meets New Year himself with other people's children, and early in the morning, just casually, his wife and daughter return home (a strange family where they celebrate the New Year separately) 17. The cop who sold the child, for some reason, also goes to the airport after the transaction (apparently, there is nothing else to do, there is a lot of free time) 18. FSB employees call the embassy in Vienna and Interpol from their cell phones (they are all rich in Moscow, or they are paid for cellular communications with foreign countries) 19. An FSB officer, while at her daughter's work at 11 pm, promises that they will still have time to do everything. (Apparently, returning home from the airport at 2 am) 20. The same police officers, on duty for several days.

21. The film is based on the area of three stations, the Leningradsky and Kazansky railway stations flash in the frame, the director himself could not come up with a purpose for finding them at the station (the phrase that they are waiting in the waiting room for dad from the largest construction site does not clarify anything).

22. A visiting six-year-old boy can easily navigate Moscow, travel by metro and get to the desired address.

23. A small child is placed in a cell with an adult man.
