I love this show!
randerson-3992621 June 2023
I left a negative review too hasty! I'm sorry judge A. Made me really eat my words.

Judge Aker is an awesome judge. She does get me fired up at times, but so does judge Judy, and I love her! Forgive me for speaking too soon. I think you are a very fair judge. And beautiful as well.

Judge Dimango always looking smoking hot. I love the way she talks! She's just fun to watch. Hair and makeup always flawless.

Judge Levy I love how he hates hates hates a crook! 😂 He gets so fired up. Love cheering him on as always!

My favorite part of the show is the deliberation at the end. Hearing what all the judges really think!

I look for new episodes every day. Great show!

This Show Would be So Much Better Without Adam Levy
justjoanwilder28 July 2023
Adam Levy might be smart, and he might even be correct in his assessments, but his behavior is overly accusatory, juvenile, explosive, and dramatic. The other two judges are a breath of fresh air compared to Judge Levy. The other two judges are smart and get fiery also, but they are not nearly as rude as Levy.

This bad behavior is the reason why I also dislike watching Judge Judy. She's one of the rudest judges on the air, and it's clear the Judge Levy is trying to follow in his mother's footsteps. It's interesting that Judge Judy is the creator of a show that happens to have her son on it, and they both think acting like this increases the ratings. The best judge on tv- Marilyn Milian- doesn't need the melodrama to get viewers.

Fire Judge Levy
katlehman-0015322 August 2023
Warning: Spoilers
The female judges are great. One is really compassionate. One is more critical. The biggest obstacle is Judge Levy. He is a pit bull.. He bites and snarls and doesn't stop until his victim is dead. There is no mystery as to his thinking. He doesn't stop until he sees blood

I am sure if he wasn't Judge Judy's son he would never been given this opportunity. He would be better suited to a coarse reality show.

When we think of our judicial system, we expect some compassion.

Judge Patricia is some what aggressive, but she shows some humanity. She never goes for the jugular like Judge Levy.

Judge Acker is the best of all. She shows reason along along with understanding.

Great!

What's not to love about this show, I missed Judge Aker and DiMango and Levy is a great add, with his pin point observations catching folks in their own lies Lol. Seeing Byrd was awesome addition too! Hot bench started off strong for several years with these 2 women really holding their own. Not that the two male judges didn't, it's just they didn't match their energy imo. Now with Judge Levy I'm completly satisfied now because his energy is spot in with theirs. I love how he looks into both the plaintiffs and defendants past history and records. This court very thorough and I for one really appreciate that. More info can give a better observation and probable cause. Tribunal is now my new love! Keep em coming Judy!

Just as good as Judy Justice...if not better
drewezbreezee12 June 2023
I didn't realize how much I missed Tonya Acker and Patricia Dimango from Hot Bench or Officer Byrd from Judge Judy but I did....a lot

I binge watched the first three episodes of Tribunal Justice as soon as I knew they dropped on freevee.

By now you should be familiar with the setup, just like hot bench, the three judges listen to, then decide the cases. What I was mostly concerned with was how the third judge, Adam Levy was going to act. Was he like Larry Bakman, or was he closer to Michael Corriero?

Well my questions were answered. Adam Levy is in fact another Larry Bakman who I've been missing dearly from Hot Bench the past few years. He's a real dog and will get after your butt. (I wanted to use the other word) And I loved every single minute Adam spent grilling people like burger King whoppers.

The cases are new and I like the 10,000$ small claims court limit over the 5,000$ court limit of old Judge Judy's, Hot Bench and the rest of the court shows, for the exception of Judy Justice. And I have instantly found a court show I like better than Hot Bench.

I can't wait to watch more episodes of Tribunal Justice.

Love Judge Levy
Court_show_junky218 August 2023
I look forward to this show mon-fri Judge Levy needs to open a boot camp for adults. People do the things they do because no one is exposing them with military/ judge Judy style of litigation. I love how he gets on them for being crooks or taking advantage. He does his research and holds litigants accountable. Get em judge Levy.😊😊😉 THANK YOU FOR SUPPORTING THE WOMEN & CHILDREN OF UKRAINE Episode 45❤

Judge Acker has these read through your soul eyes that always gets the truth out of people🤣

Judge Demango face expressions always gives away her perspective lol... she is always over people when they are careless. Love the eye rolls 🙄

Love that Byrd is there

Would've gave a 10 /10 but they do cut the litigants off to much.

Adam Levy is ruining it for everyone!
missadeanna-9588820 August 2023
Warning: Spoilers
I've watched about 49 episodes. I guess I must like it then. I am starting to have a huge problem with Judge Adam Judy Levy. His freak outs were a bit entertaining when the defendant or plaintiff are obviously deserving. But he's been WRONG so obviously a few times now. The most recent was episode 47. He read the letter wrong and screamed his head off. No apology either. Just said he was overruled because the two smart ones explained it to him. He also needs to stop looking to the side when he's yelling his fool head off. Looks so strange. I do like the other two judges so I will probably continue watching.

Great Show - Great Ensemble
ladyberyl-112 March 2024
I only watch the "Judy Sheindlin" court shows because although they are entertaining, the judgments and courtroom decorum are largely based on genuine law. These three no-nonsense judges are seasoned as two are from the original Hot Bench and Levy, the new addition, clearly knows his stuff. I hope this show is renewed as long as the three want to do this work. They each offer unique perspectives based on their own legal and personal experiences. I'm also happy to see Byrd back on the job. This was a wise move by Sheindlin as it was probably time for him to work separately. As a result, this show provides an ensemble that gels.

Adam Levy needs to go
CharleySandiego6 September 2023
Warning: Spoilers
I have been enjoying the show reasonably well. I actually like that there are three judges to help balance out judgements and offer different perspectives. I find Judge Di Mango and Judge Acker both qualified and respectable. I really like them both and they seem just and fair. At times they do cut plaintiffs and defendants off, but overall they are reasonable.

Judge Levy, on the other hand, behaves like a petulant child. On at least two occasions so far in my viewing he has been blatantly off course, from a lay person and legal perspective. The first time I noted this was the apartment fire episode where he repeatedly attacked the landlord. He argued the fire was not caused by the tenant, ignoring and even arguing with the context of the report, which noted gas cans and multiple fuel sources. The second instance I can recall is also with a landlord. He would only consider the date on a letter sent 2 months after the check was issued while seemingly ignoring the context and content again. Maybe he has an issue with landlords. He yells and throws temper tantrums and does not admit fault even when the other two judges offer explanations to why he is wrong. I suppose this is nepotism at it's finest because I can't imagine a qualified judge behaving in such a manner. Maybe he can take a cue from his fellow bench-mates and develop some logic.

I feel that one Judge is a shame to Judge Judy.
ggmonkey28 July 2023
Seriously?

I feel this is crazy town because one of the judges is so over reactive it appears almost violent. While the other two Judges are interesting, thoughtful and focused on cases and not exploding. And still very entertaining as well as professional.

So maybe a new third Judge would be better. Someone not so perhaps focused on drama, but I feel maybe more focused on the calm and perhaps better appearing focus on the law. Hearing cases without explosive and what I feel is very unsavory reflection of the judicial process would also be great.

Screaming? Yelling? Flared eyes, nose and what I feel is an overall unsettling and unprofessional reflection of the Law.

WOW. Crazy!

I Love It
twenty8eleven13 November 2023
I just started watching this show this past weekend and I absolutely love it. No matter whether it's real or fake it fun to see a different take on having a panel of 3 judges with different points of view in how they go about deciding guilt or innocence. So if the cases brought before them seem a bit outlandish at times but at the same time I stop and think and remind myself that there's enough crazy people out there to get caught up in crazier situations. I also love how when they go to deliberate how they all offer their own point of view and they listen to one another explain their way of thinking. Sometimes their all on the same page and sometimes their not.

Get rid of 1 of these judges
akikiki-4057726 July 2023
I watch all of the arbitration judge like show. I have learned much. But of all, (more than a dozen), I do not wish to see this judge Adam Levy on any of these shows again/next season. I dislike his style. I am would guess he's a nice guy, but simply do not like his accusatory style. Judge Tanya and Patricia are seasoned and polite. I enjoy them. I currently mute the sound with Judge Levy talks. Can I be more clear?

I've been a fan of Judge Judy and People's Court for 20+ years. I am a regular and knowledgeable viewer. Judge Levy harsh tone and appearance of looking for the bad in the people's actions is disappointing and not worth of a judge. I guess, because he's not been a real judge.

RE: Episode 15, Season 1
bkmqqbg21 July 2023
Regarding episode 15, season 1. Plaintiff should know, or should have been informed that senior apartments in Los Angeles are very reasonable, because they are based on a person's income. Plaintiff stated that he makes $20k annually. Very questionable. He should know that he can get his social security and still work. Especially earning ONLY 20k. He can also live alone. HELLO! My opinion is that he didn't want to move and was just trying to buy time and he thought that by hiring an attorney that he was going to be able to continue to live there because of his disability. I totally agree with the judges decision (all three).

HI BYRD 😊

WHAT A PLEASANT TREAT!
cherylddunlap-950413 April 2024
I already loved Judges Tanya and Patricia, and now I'm pleased to see Judge Adam Levy. Each jurist brings great styles of examining the litigants. I do enjoy watching Adam Levy catch liars and call out inconsistencies the way he does. Starting with Judge Judy, who my grandmommy and I watched decades ago, I've come to enjoy certain personalities on court shows. I only ever liked, no, loved Judge Judy to this day, and I did fall in love with Tanya Acker and Patricia DiMango years ago. And I love Adam too now. I find the colorful personalities of the judges entertaining and enjoyable. I think the judges reach fair and just decisions in their collaborative efforts. I think it's entertaining. But I am a bit biased. At age 56, I've spent almost half my life watching and loving Judge Judy, and anything she endeavors I'm interested in. Also, this show is also great.

Calm down judges! I'd give a lesser rating but for Judge DeMango.
heykooka31 July 2023
Update!! What you will read below is my initial commentary. Now after watching over 80 episodes I have to say that I love all three of these judges! This show is phenomenal.

Old review: Levy acts like a maniac. Yells at most people wild-eyed like he's screaming at the Ghostbusters, remember that scene? I expect the Scalari brothers to burst in at any time. Acker can be that way too (only sometimes though) and DeMango is cute, humorous, and a bit kinder, but seems to also be a follower. I'd love the show more if everyone were a bit nicer, especially Levi. Can he smile? Does he know this is small claims and not homicide? I looked forward to this show because I love Hot Bench, Judy Justice, Judge Judy. People don't go there to be talked over and treated badly. I'd love another season but a LOT more light on the demonic attacks. What made Judy so loved and popular at first was her firm way mixed with humor when she dealt with litigants. In her later years she also yelled too much but by that time she was already loved and respected. Her son is coming in guns drawn and I don't think he will win much admiration or affection. Yep. He's way too much and they all need to stop going into these cases having already decided them in their heads. Let people talk.

Not Worth a Second Season
izumbau17 July 2023
I've come to this conclusion after approximately seven episodes.

1) The judges always seem to be frustrated and frequently cut off the plaintiff/defendant mid explanation.

2) Judge D often phrases valid points in unkind and unnecessary terms positioning her as the bully of the crew.

3) Whenever there is a judgment that isn't unanimous it's always to 2 to 1, white judges to black judge which is hard to watch.

It's interesting to have multiple perspectives on the bench as they have very different styles. However, this show has too many red flags for my taste.

I'll go back to re-runs of Judge Judy and Judge Toler who allow defendants/plaintiffs to speak and whose tough love doesn't come off as bullying.

Judge BIG Mouth
lynneli-2839728 July 2023
Adam Levy is horrible! He doesn't give the plaintiff/defendant a chance to answer the questions because he's constantly yelling and getting crazier as the case goes on! Judge Acker has upped her level of screaming and indignancies to a new high! The judges ask questions( really just make statements about the case) and then answer their own questions! They're not really concerned about the plaintiff/defendants answers as they already have their minds made up ascto their decisions. They definitely like to hear themselves talk. And they talk WAY too much! Love Judge shows but this is just too difficult to watch. Definitely not enjoyable!

Dial it back Mr. Levy
fargopoo25 September 2023
Having worked for the court, I know how civil cases can play out. These three people are NOT judges. They are arbitrators. Levy needs to dial back the attitude. He has one trait that is just as annoying as his mother. Not looking at the litigant when he is unleashing his vitriol. His eyes trail back and forth as he's "lecturing" a litigant or litigants on what a piece of crap he thinks they are. I do like the discussion about the merits of the case. It's more informative than the browbeating that went on earlier. The program is interesting in a reality show kind of way, but it has little to do with the actual goings on in a court of law.

Aggravating
angela012632 July 2023
I tried watching it but Judge DiMango drove me crazy because she CONSTANTLY interrupts the defendent she doesn't like, she talks to fast AND LOUD. I feel that one side is being brow beaten by her OPINIONS. You can see their frustration by not ever getting a chance to talk or finish a sentence..DiMango cuts them off and finishes the sentence the way she thinks its going to be finished. She'd make a great fox news host. She insults, bullys and makes fun of defendants, which I guess makes great entertainment but is really unprofessional. I'd like to see more of the other judges They don't seem to get as much air time as DiMango.

How stupid
rockeyfamily21 August 2023
Gosh-This show is so far fetched from reality it is sickening. All 3 judges probably could not pass the bar exam and so many times they make race a critical issue in the outcome. Did Judge Judy reality vet these clowns ? Most every decision they make would be directly opposite of what Judge Judy would make. In episode 35 of season 1-all 3 judges made fools of themselves. Anyone watching this episode could tell you that a landlord has rights according to the lease. The judges completely ignored the lease and brought up some crazy tenant law that doesn't exist. They disparaged the defendant with no proof of anything and figured that because the plaintiff was black-there had to be a racial issue. So sad.

WORTHLESS
pbmalcolmmalcolm27 July 2023
These judges' opinions are worthless. They don't listen.....AT ALL. They ask questions and then won't shut up long enough to let the plantiffs answer them. Of course, even if they did, they wouldn't listen to the answers. They are BEYOND biased. It is nauseatingly obvious. I was just watching the episode where the two women went into the dessert business together after knowing each other just a short period of time. Then they dissolved the business after just one day. They were woefully unprepared to start a business, and they did absolutely everything wrong, true, BUT, the judges had an agenda and totally went off the rails. The very first thing out of BOTH parties was that one had all the knowledge of preparing the desserts and the other had more delegatory skills, BUT she was going to learn from the other girl by HELPING her. THEN she changed her mind when the business actually started and said she didn't start the business to help her. The judges jumped all over the plantiff for taking profits out of the business saying she should have known the other woman wasn't prepared to help, when they an AGREEMENT PER THE OWN WOMAN'S STATEMENT THAT THEY DID!!! Are ALL THREE JUDGES DEAF AND STUPID???

Horrible embarrassment ans not based on law based on emotion and drama
pzhxqx6 August 2023
Judge Adam Levy is so over the top and makes up his own law it is ridiculous. All 3 tend to yell and should, accuse and ask but never allow an answer. It is very apparent that they judge people without an opportunity to answer. This is just a very poor version of hot bench. I also think the judgements rendered needs to be reviewed as the law as it has been written has been ignored in several occasions Judge Adam Levy is so over the top and makes up his own law it is ridiculous. Please get ride of
saint-isopodst1 March 2024
The show is wonderful. The only part that keeps from being about to watch is judge Tanya Acker because she drives me crazy. All she does is bark questions then not allow the plaintiff/defend it to answer them. Seriously, count how many times she does interrupts the defendant/plaintiff per episode. It's nonsense. She is desperately trying to resemble Judge Judy but is just argumentative and loses her temper and has terrible courtroom etiquette management. Judge Patricia DiMango and Adam Levy are well spoken, ask relevant questions pertaining to the cases, and allow the participants to answer their questions. And they only become agitated when identifying fraud or perjury. Judge Acker freaks out over everything and appear weak in general based on her obvious overcompensation of trying to control the courtroom. Please replace her. Pleaaaaase.

Get rid of Levy
karendampeer29 August 2023
I read he's Judy's son and it's obvious that's the only reason he's still on the show. I like watching the other two judges and I turn it off whenever Levy gets too aggravating to watch. The nasty little ferret is chomping at the bit to skewer plaintiffs and defendants, but he frequently is confused at the issues. When he gets it wrong, that only makes him more aggressive and more rabidly hostile as he doubles down on his own misunderstandings and buries testimony in a barrage of attempts to make himself look smart.

Nepotism only goes so far, Judy. Adam has gone to law school, but he's embarrassing short on life experience and balanced judgement.

The judges are like a pack of wolves.

One says something and the rest follow suit. I listen to judges 200x more than anything else. This is Jerry springer

Nobody, plaintiff nor defendant are allowed to talk at all. Horrible horrible horrible.

I started one episode and God immediately annoyed to the point of not wanting to watch it. Move to the next episode and it's the same damn thing again.

On the three months, like an onion, the more layers you peel the more you find out it's just the same exact stuff. Hopefully they will find new judges. Do it anymore. I don't know what to do and I.

I would hate to be on this show.
