Storyline

Chase is arrested because Chuck and his mother lie to the police as if his father Wade weren't abusive. After a talk with Keller, Chuck turns up to tell the truth to the Air Force board which still discharges Chase as pilot, but not dishonorably. Nathan remains missing and the police passive, so Dan resorts to kidnapping his only lead, drug dealer DiMitri, converting Julian's soundproof studio into a torture dungeon. Since Brooke's former stalker Xavier's parole officer refuses to effective forbid him approaching until he breaks the law, Julian decides to tail him, but that backfires and Tara actually hires him as another cafés war move.
