Sex & Nudity

  • In a minigame, a female fox only wears a blue bra and belly dances for the guards as a distraction. She turns back and shakes her hips, the guards gives her coins and says "Shake it!" and "Move that thing!". This is repeated many times.
  • In one cutscene, a flashback shows Sly and Carmelita kissing.
  • A disguised Murray gets slapped on the buttocks once.
  • When Carmelita enters the Sharpshooting Contest late, she makes a deal with the champion, Red-Eye Robles, that if she wins, she earns the trophy, and if she loses, she has to kiss him. Robles even tells her to prepare for some "serious lip wrestling".
  • An Elephant and Hippo character have large bare bellies.
  • Carmalita seems to be showing more skin (fur?) in this game, wearing a miniskirt along with her shoulder less midriff exposing top.

Violence & Gore

  • Toothpick seems to be crazy with his guns, and in one cutscene, he shoots one of his guards in the chest.
  • No gore or marks from the fighting. However, sometimes, the death of an enemy will yield an explosion accompanied by a skull and crossbones.

Profanity

Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking

  • When Bentley gives a few examples of the common criminals found in the Wild West, he mentions tobacco spitters as an example.
  • The opening cutscene features a party, where many characters can be seen with wine and other cocktail drinks.
  • One of the missions involves Rioichi extracting toxins from a plant called a Spiky Wall Climber (also known simply as a "poison plant"), which will later be used in sushi fed to the guards. The effects of this toxin involve putting anybody who eats it to sleep immediately.
  • "Tennessee Kid" Cooper is always seen with a cigarette (replaced by a toothpick in the cinematics). However, he is never shown blowing any smoke, and the cigarette appears to be clean of char; it only dangles from his mouth and is crumpled up.
  • Dimitri while only seen briefly this time around, still has a cigarette in his mouth.

Frightening & Intense Scenes

  • If this game were a movie, it would be rated PG for Action Violence, Rude Humor and Mild Language
  • Unlike the previous titles, there isn't a stand out frightening villain, but young children may find some of the visuals in the cutscenes frightening.
  • Semi-realistic spiders, snakes and scorpions feature as enemies, can appear out of nowhere.
