Trivia

When the first woman enters the ship, you hear a "chirping" noise over and over again in the background. It's the exact sound one of the "pods" makes in 2001 A Space Odyssey makes when it's RADAR (or whatever it is) is searching. See more »

Goofs

The shaft Chris, Laura, and Janet escape through after retrieving the parts to make the rod gun is actually a horizontal passage with the camera frame flipped to make it look like vertical shaft. You can tell this by the fact that as Chris climbing "down" the ladder she looks up at the others yet her hair is dangling forward toward the ladder and not down toward the bottom like it would if the shaft were truly vertical. A bit of gory fun
24 October 2017 | by See all my reviews

Gory, gross shlock. For those who like grotesque, blood-splattered horror, this movie should be right up your alley. Some of it is stomach-churning stuff, but even in those moments it feels like the movie has its tongue in its cheek, hoping you will notice that it doesn't take itself too seriously. Feels like a throw-back to those grimy exploitation horror films that made you feel dirty after watching them. Horror fans should give this one a look.
