Nate is accused of a robbery gone wrong, leading to murder, along with his brother and a friend - but only one of the brothers can turn state's witness for a plea bargain. Concurrently, Abby considers reconnecting with her estranged parents and Moxon is persuaded (by Tammy) to show up for the fateful meeting at the hotel.
