Storyline

Even Chris ceases his best efforts, helped by Tash and unwittingly Paul, to make Andrew and Summer admit still being in love at the Scully farewell party. However the next morning, when she's already in the car, Andrew stops it and obtains her firm resolution to stay for his sake, without even asking Lyn. Harold is delighted with his fiancée Carolyn Johnstone's surprise visit, but their apparent meddling in Toadie, Sonya and Troy's triangle is far from appreciated. Written by KGF Vissers

"Just let me know when The Bold and the Beautiful's finished, eh?"

A very mixed debut for Carolyn. She's fine in her scenes alone with Harold and her breezing into the Scullys' farewell party to drop off her tea is brilliant. But her and Harold having a go at Troy, who in terms of the plot and especially in terms of what they've seen has done nothing to deserve it, and then having a go at Toadie for rightly calling Harold out on it(he apologises, natch)are hard to like.

Well, it's a great farewell episode for Summer as she spends some last few hours with Tasha and Chris and says goodbye to her home. And Tasha's on great form, especially when facing down Paul.Unfortunately, this isn't her farewell and instead we're treated to an appalling last few minutes as, to the accompaniment of cheesy music, Andrew runs after her slow moving car, grabs hold of her and starts kissing her, which is apparently enough for her to decide to turn her back on her family for his sake. This, naturally, is presented as a happy event.Who it's supposed to be happy for isn't clear.
