British director Julien Temple has carved an admirable niche for himself, 1988 effort Earth Girls Are Easy standing as an anomaly in a career littered with some of the greatest rock docs ever made. The Great Rock N Roll Swindle. Glastonbury. Oil City Confidential. Joe Strummer: The Future Is Unwritten.
