Storyline

Joe starts work at the diner, and Elena gets rid of the real cook by pretending to be in charge and firing him. Grant attempts to convince Iris that that Ryan had nothing to do with Alex's death. Ruby encourages Billy Joe to drop Elena, and later she suggests a singing career to Rikki. Iris decides that Ryan was the person who lured her away from Alex's room right before he died. Ryan has Ashley research directional surveys, and she tells Justin. Justin exploits Iris's grief by accusing Ryan of being dangerous and power hungry. Iris vows to put a stop to Ryan.
