Character error 

Raj says that "as Shakespeare said 'It is better to have loved and lost...'". The line is actually from In Memoriam by Alfred Lord Tennyson.

Amy instructs Sheldon in self-massage and tells him to locate his acromion process. Sheldon reaches up and touches the top of the shoulder immediately next to his neck. However, his hand is in the wrong spot. The acromion process is at the opposite end of his collarbone, just above where the arm connects to the shoulder.

Continuity 

Throughout the series, Howard's heart condition is mentioned and Howard even says his "family is the history of heart disease". But inS4 Ep 24 " The Roommate Transmogrification " Bernadette signs up for a study at her job for premature ejaculation because "it's not like either one of us has heart problems".

Factual errors 

When asked if it is hot in India, Raj's father responds by saying that it is always hot in India. However one of the reasons India is known as a subcontinent is because it can have all kinds of weathers in different parts of the country at a time.
