Great episode

I thought the name The chicken bone was ehhhh.

The bar looked like a kids playhouse.

I didnt like the owner at first but it makes for good tv.

John did a 10/10 with this makeover, thats right we are now rating John's performance.

This bar has everything to succeed.

I've worked in the 'biz' for over 10 years as both a server and a bartender. This one episode, I can tell you without a doubt, everyone in this restaurant was committed to change and had the most experience out of any episode I've seen. They will succeed.

This one episode has been so different from all other episodes. I don't know what's happened since then, but yes, Bill is going to be successful, because he has a great manager whom he needs to trust more (less micromanagement). I'm shocked this bar/restaurant needed a change because everyone got on board so quickly, they could have done this themselves.
