Might have mild suggestive comments.

About 14 mins into the film, there is a prolonged kiss between two male penguins, followed by the line "If you mess with the bull, you're gonna get the horns."

mild comic slapstick action occurs, nothing graphic (obviously).

Some name-calling will occur

A use of flippin (But they don't have hands, they just have flippers & i have flippers, so it's flippin useless!-Short Fuse to Classified)

In one of the first scenes, Skipper goes after a rolling egg. The egg goes over a cliff and Skipper almost falls off the cliff as well. Both Skipper and the egg are fine. Later, the egg is surrounded by leopard seals, but the penguins rescue the egg and escape from the seals.

A film crew pushes the baby penguins off a cliff, but they are fine.

The antagonist can look menacing, and has a lot of close-ups. He scared some babies into crying in our audience.

The antagonist mutates penguins into monsters and sets them loose on the population.

MPAA:
Rated PG for mild action and some rude humor
