Trivia

Dana Delany as Megan Hunt makes two references to her role in Desperate Housewives (2004) in which she played Katherine Mayfair. The first is early in this episode when she tells Peter that she used to live in a cul-de-sac just like this. Near the end she tells Ethan Gross that he couldn't handle a Desperate Housewife. Furthermore in the trivia section of Desperate Housewives it reads: "According to Marc Cherry, the ABC chairman asked him to write Katherine out of the show so Dana Delany could lead Body of Proof (2011)". Quotes

Kate Murphy: Curtis? Have you seen Megan? She's not answering her cell
Curtis Brumfield: She's out with Peter, Bud and Sam
Kate Murphy: Would you please let her know I need to speak with her immediately
[Kate leaves with the elevator, then Megan comes walking in]
Curtis Brumfield: Hey? Kate was just looking for you! Head all full of steam
Megan Hunt: Augh, tell her I am on a murder case
Curtis Brumfield: Uh-uh, I watch telenovelas: you two ain't sticking me in the middle! The story will have a tragic end with no survivors!

Swing You Sinners ***
21 September 2011 | by (United States) – See all my reviews

We know we're in for full blast when at the very beginning of the show, Megan's boss walks out of her ex-husband's home.

When a car accident proves otherwise, Megan sets out to discover what is going on. Wow! In an affluent neighborhood, the young couples are having a swinging time but swapping partners. All right, it's 2011 and the morality there is lower than ever.

As in previous shows, we start going around to find suspects. Believe it or not, I found the ending to be a cop out. Toxic wastes and murder have not always been my cup of tea, but the preparation of methadone and the resulting murder is a little too much to put with.
