Audio/visual unsynchronised

There are several car chase scenes in London, however all the London police car sirens in the movie are actually American police car sirens, the London siren is a more drawn out sound.
Sound track for the Alfa Romeo Giulietta was dubbed from the previous movie. Sounds come from Brian's Subaru impreza

Character error

After Denlinger shoots the chip onto the cars, Klaus says, "Chip 1 is ready," in Danish, yet none of the other characters is Danish.

Continuity

When Hobbs is in the Humvee with his partner during the Shaw chase he has no facial hair. In the next scene when meeting up with Dom's team the facial hair has reappeared in full.
Just before the NATO base scene Luke is talking on the phone with the crew and is clean shaven. In the next scene his French beard is back again.
At the end scene at the original house in L.A. when Hobbs and Roman exchange insults, Tej's drink disappears and reappears between shots.
During the street race in London, Letty's Interceptor is equipped with an automatic transmission with a racing shifter, however during the race Letty is seen pushing a clutch pedal numerous times. An automatic car does not have a clutch. In one scene, as the car is accelerating she can be seen shifting the car from "2" to "1" on the automatic shifter.
In the chase with the tank, another car can be seen in different places, on both sides of the highway; a black VW Bora (Jetta) with "NU67 67" number plates.
In the tank chase, the exact same Toyota Corolla is seen in three different scenes (plate "NE34 12").

In the beginning of the movie, after Dom and Brian race they are seen talking and one of Brian's eyes is blue and the other green, later in the film both eyes are both blue.
When Hobbs brings Shaw in handcuffed after they get the chip back, Letty's necklace changes position drastically between shots.

In the beginning of the movie, when Dom and Brian are racing, Brian is driving a Nissan GTR Black Edition (which has the front bumper LED lights). However, in one scene when Brian passes Dom, you can actually see him driving a regular GTR.
Although all the cars appear equipped with a automatic gearbox, the characters keep changing gears in close-up shots during the races.

When everyone gathers together in London for the first time, elevator doors open to reveal frontal shots of Hobbs and Riley. The camera shifts behind as they walk forward and Riley asks if he's "sure about these guys." When it zooms on Hobbs' face as he says nope, his facial hair is noticeably lighter or shaved.

When Shaw reveals to Toretto and his crew that he has kidnapped Mia, Hobbs has a gun pointed to the nearby NATO commander. However, when Riley reveals herself to be working with Shaw and walks to him, Hobbs does not have the gun pointed to the commander anymore, since there is a shot before where Riley walks in front of Hobbs where he still has the gun pointed to the commander.

When Letty and Riley are fighting over the gun on the plane, several rounds are fired during the struggle and each time the slide can be seen returning forward on the gun. However, when Riley wins the gun and aims it, the slide is locked in the back position.

Errors in geography

When Hobbs shoots the vending machine in London, the chocolates in the machine are chocolates found only in vending machines in the USA and not the UK.
When Tej uses the ATM (Cajero Automático), the signage displays "Banco Principal de Costa Rica." There is no such bank in Costa Rica. Also, the scenes were not shot in Costa Rica, as there is no location in Costa Rica which even comes close, in visual appearance, to the site used in this scene.

In addition, the bills dispensed by the ATM are red. No ATM in Costa Rica would dispense Red bills, as those are the equivalent of less than $2 in Costa Rica -- the Red Costa Rican bills are also smaller than the bills shown in this scene, and are made of plastic, not cotton/paper. Costa Rican ATMs dispense Green and Dull Orange bills... and, occasionally, Yellow bills.

Factual errors

The longest paved runway in Spain (where the scene takes place) is at Madrid's Torrejon airport, at ~4,800 meters, or about three miles. The heroes chase the villains down the runway (apparently unaware of where they are) for about a minute before the plane appears, thus eating up at least one third of the runway's length. The plane, an Antonov AN-124, plans to do a touch-and-go - a landing and immediate take off, once the villains are aboard. While this is certainly possible in the last two miles of runway, such a maneuver should take approximately one minute. Any longer at over 100 MPH, and there wouldn't be any more runway to fly over. The length of the scene is far beyond anything even remotely possible under the circumstances.
Just before the police raid Owen Shaw's hideout, near the beginning of the film, Owen is repairing his custom built car and remarks about switching out a bad part. The part in question is a spark-plug. It is later mentioned that the custom car is actually a diesel turbo car; which don't use spark plugs.
When Brian O'Conner is being escorted from a plane by U.S. Marshals, the Marshals are wearing jackets with the misspelling "Marshall" printed on them.
Spain does have an extradition treaty with the US. The Canary Islands are Spanish.
The headquarters of INTERPOL are in Lyon, France not in Moscow as appears.
Lusitania is not a legal term for any region of modern day Spain.
While admiring Letty's Jensen Interceptor, Dominic remarks "V8 huh? You never could resist American muscle". While this may be true of the engine (a Chrysler produced motor), the car itself is British, having been hand built in West Bromwich, in the Midlands area of the U.K.
The Alfa Romeo Giulietta in which Brian is chasing the aircraft in is unable to reach speeds beyond 150mph, however we see speeds much higher than this being reached during the scene.
During the fight scene in the London Underground station, a member of staff is seen in the watching crowd. He is wearing a yellow hi visibility coat. London Underground staff for the most part don't have high visibility coats (instead they have hi-vi vests to wear over their uniform), and the colour of London Underground hi-vi is orange not yellow.

In the chase in London, the cars being used by Dom and the others are BMW M5 E60 which uses 5 liter V10 engine, but at the auction where Tej and Hobbs went to search for cars, agent Hobbs said the cars are equipped with double turbocharged V8. These engine are being used by the new BMW M5 the F10 model.

The green Range Rover Vogue seen throughout the film displays a '60' registration plate, therefore is supposedly a late 2010 or early 2011 model, however the car in the film is actually the earlier Range Rover Vogue 2002 to 2009 model, with different front and side vents.

Plot holes

Throughout the film, Shaw is portrayed as a rational but ruthless arms dealer who kills when necessary (a failed employee, someone whose death will advance his scheme, collateral damage), but not wantonly. During the tank chase, his persona morphs, inexplicably, into a psychopathic mass murderer, intent on causing as many deaths to innocent bystanders as he can, and he appears to be enjoying it.
After Letty and Dom's street race he talks about the first time they met, during his first street race at the age of fifteen. Though, in the first movie (The Fast and The Furious) Mia tells Brian that Letty and Dom have known each other their whole life as they've lived in the same neighborhood but Dom only showed interest in her at the age of sixteen.
When Dom and Shaw talk face to face in the night after the street race between Dom and Letty, Dom offers Shaw a deal: "I walk away when she (Letty) walks away", implying that he and his crew would stop hunting Shaw if Letty quit his team. Yet in the first London meeting between Hobbs and all of Dom's crew, it was clearly stated by Hobbs that the objectives for them were to hunt Shaw and bust his mission and not only bring back Letty to Dom's side. Besides, in the same meeting, Brian and Dom had bargained with Hobbs so that if they hunted and busted Shaw, Hobbs would manage to grant them pardon for their crimes. Did Dom forget about about the agreement he made with Hobbs when he offered a deal to Shaw? Or was he keeping his promise and lying deliberately to Shaw ?

Revealing mistakes

No matter where they are in London the cars always pass the same number 4 double-decker bus.
When the plane lifts up the Jeep on the runway the tail shaft under the car is missing.

Spoilers

The goof item below may give away important plot points.

Factual errors

When the plane's wing and engine touch down, the plane is rolled to the left, jawing to the left, decelerating, tumbling, and also exploding. Inside, Dom seems to have a stable floor to stay put, and to stand up and run with a vertical posture.
