Superb conclusion.

If Part 3 was the calm before the storm, then the 4th part is very much the storm. It's uncanny how some dramas never leave you, this one never did, the scenes of her merrily crushing the seeds and merrily baking the biscuits are so memorable.

This episode is exquisite, we are treated to a master class from Diana Rigg, her calmer, more restrained demeanour in previous episodes has spilled over, she is now enraged and full of fury, Helena's love has quickly turned into hate, she is a betrayed woman and ready to do all she can to avenge the treachery around her.

Sixty minutes of intriguing, gripping drama, you knew the secret was going to come out, and that she'd react badly, I'm not sure many would have expected her to go to the extremes she did.

Superbly well acted by all, although once again it's Rigg that you're watching this for, just sensational.

10/10, brilliant.

Episode 4

Helena Vesey goes fully unhinged.

Her son Kit is in a coma and she learns of Angela's betrayal. She has been seeing Helena's ex husband and his brood.

Worse, Angela did not look after Kit properly. Telling him to get an aspirin went he was complaining of headaches.

Helena plans revenge. Poison Alex's twins with some special biscuits she has made.

During the course of her fiendish scheme. Helena is shocked to discover that Kit has always been in touch with his father.

A tour de force from Diana Rigg. It was always obvious that Helena was mentally ill but there was a predatory playfulness about her.

In this episode Helena's description of Alex's American wife and his children is shocking.
