After his car, inherited from Joe, was blown up, Jamie tells his father and Danny about the Blue Templar spy status he 'inherited' unwillingly. Grandpa chips in to sketch how the secret society started to clean up NYPD from within where IA failed, but soon started turning bad with new blood. Together, they trace suspect cops like detective Sonny Malevsky and a dirty IA inspector to the present generation, which will stop at nothing to cover up its lucrative crimes, and can't be officially handled. Blue Templar- It Finally Comes to A Conclusion ***1/2
14 May 2011 | by (United States) – See all my reviews

A very successful season ends with the discovery and meaning of The Blue Templar.

Whether he is police commissioner or not, Frank Regan is also the father of a dead son. He wants answers and he means business. Frank Regan is a true hero as well as his surviving sons and daughter.

As season 1 ends, it appears that Jamie Regan will have a new love interest, one of the citizens he meets when she flees kidnappers. The situation also forces young Jamie to use his gun for the first time. He laments about all the paperwork required when such an event occurs.

The cohesiveness of the family is shown is tracking down this notorious group.
