Goofs

After Steve McGarrett breaks his arm and begins to observe his body body, he takes out his iPhone which displays the following: 'No Service', '4:25 PM', '92% Battery'. Later we're told they found the body in the morning. Clearly 4:25PM is not morning. See more »

Quotes

Danny 'Danno' Williams: This is not a hike, Steven. Your dad used to bring you up here when you were a kid?
Steve McGarrett: Every year.
Danny 'Danno' Williams: Yeah, well, that would explain a lot.
Steve McGarrett: You can bring Gracie up here when she gets a bit older.
Danny 'Danno' Williams: Listen to me, Gracie wants to go get a manicure and a pedicure, okay? She's not interested in going to look at old graffiti on rocks, okay? This is basically child abuse.
Steve McGarrett: They're called petroglyphs, Danny. They're called petroglyphs.
Danny 'Danno' Williams: That is a fancy name for graffiti etched in rocks, okay?

Series 1, Episode 20

The writers of this episode obviously did not think this one through. Our heroes found a dead body, that of a fisherman that had been shot. The bullet had apparently passed right through his body and was no where to be found as he had been killed elsewhere. But.........fish scales were discovered around the bullet's exit hole and they came from a rare species of fish that was being served at a local restaurant. Danny and Steve visited the restaurant and found a container with fish from the recent catch and while sifting through the fish, Danny found one that contained the bullet that had killed the fisherman. Now this is where the problem with the story comes to play. How did the fish scales appear around the exit wound on the dead fisherman's body, if the fish was the LAST thing to be struck by the bullet?
