At the office, Alicia finds herself defending a dying woman who has been refused a liver transplant. She and Diane Lockhart find themselves up against their old nemesis Patti Nyholm. In a sudden turnabout however, Nyholm hires Lockhart Gardner to launch a lawsuit when her firm fires her.
