Storyline

It's the Fourth of July in April as "Dancing with the Stars" decides to honor America with performances set to songs that pay tribute to America. With no clear leader in sight, it's anybody's game.

Ralph & Karina: After scoring his best results yet, Ralph says he's focused because there's no clear front runner. The couple, a New Yorker and Russian, draw the song "Sweet Home Alabama," and have to dance a samba. Head judge Len Goodman says that Ralph is "there" some weeks, then at other times it's "not working." He finally tells Ralph he's "not consistent" and lacked hip action and rhythm. Bruno Tonioli says Ralph needed to "emit fire down below," and stands up and swivels his hips. He finally says, "Sex! Give me sex, man." Carrie Ann Inaba says that, considering the crazy concoction of the song and the dance and the theme, they did a good job. Scores: 8, 7, 7. Total: 22
