Only good if you love the series (maybe not even then)
I have to say I decided watching this 6-minute special as it may get me in the mood and interested in the actual Doctor Who series, but nope. I found it a disappointment. It tries to be smart with the paradox reference, but it gets old really quickly. Apart from that, the lead actress in here is really really bad and I did not believe one second she plays a super-smart scientists as she is acting like an annoying brat from start to finish. And what a joke that she is actually having a promising career right now looking at "Guardians of the Galaxy". She totally sucked in here. The third actor adds nothing at all really and the guy who played Doctor Who was not too impressive either. The film's director is fairly unknown, but writer Steven Moffat came up with "Sherlock" among other things, another vastly overrated British television series. I will not call "Doctor Who" that only judging from this very short movie, but this description certainly applies to this film here. 8.3??? Are you kidding me. A complete joke and this is a fairly forgettable work.
