What are raw foods? What makes it healthy? What's so bad about cooking your meals? After you watch this, you might challenge yourself to change your habits.
Nice contrasts of characters ranging from the raw vegan chef, to the skeptical/traditional chef, to the girl just starting out with the diet, to the woman who stopped living the raw vegan lifestyle.
And all of the raw food shown in this documentary looks DELICIOUS! It truly does intrigue me to eat healthy.
