Storyline

Andrew finally tells the truth to Paul, who is furious about the boy's compromised future, but grudgingly accepts the (step-)grandparents to be must stand by the pregnant couple. Mike however indignantly refuses Paul's demand for a paternity test. Mike set Rebecca an ultimatum: tell Paul about them or loose him. Toadie accepts Sonya won't consider conceiving, but gets her to consider adoption at a less helpless age.

"I won't abandon my kid"

Andrew finally plucks up the courage to tell Paul that he's going to be a father.Paul's reaction is not what he'd hoped.There's a nice irony in that, while Paul has a bit of difficulty being supportive, he's actually right to be suspicious of Tasha, albeit not for the reasons he thinks.Andrew's protective attitude towards Tasha is really sweet and it's frustrating that it's based on a lie.Rebecca ends up telling Michael the truth about Paul's fall and, not surprisingly, he doesn't take it very well.Oddly, this seems to leave Rebecca resigned to staying with Paul.What happened to independence?

Sonya continues to be opposed to the idea of having children, for reasons that remain frustratingly nebulous.It's a shame the show feels the need to have her behaving in an unsympathetic manner without just cause.
