Motivation is a funny thing

Warning: Spoilers
Watching Michael Q. Schmidt doing his "stretchies" and then laboring along a jogging path underscores our nation's concern with obesity, diet, and exercise. We see his struggles and at some level ourselves feel that tug of gravity... and while looking on, we may even think to ourselves that maybe its time for a little time at the gym. Then the camera pulls back and shows the beautiful Natalie Fabry as motivation for Michael's overdue exercise. If each of us, man or woman, could find such similar delightful motivation for ourselves, this would be a far healthier world.

My hat is off to jogger Michael Q. Schmidt for letting it shake like jelly and to the women upon which his attention is centered... and I applaud director Mark Kindred for his delightfully illuminating short film.
