Tales from the Crib: A Conversation with Ted Post (2011)

*** (out of 4)

Director Don Post is interviewed for this twenty-minute featurette, which has him talking about his 1973 cult film THE BABY. Post starts off talking about how he got involved with the film and then answers a variety of questions about the making of the picture. We get some very good stories dealing with filming on a low-budget and then Post talks about some of the controversy surrounding the sexuality in the movie. I really wasn't a fan of THE BABY but I did enjoy this interview as Post does a very good job at giving you an idea of what it was like on the set and the various decisions that were made to make the film entertaining. Fans of the movie will certainly enjoy hearing the stories.
