This short film is both confusing and profoundly not profound. The spoken word narrative is more or less a collection of mindless vague questions. The random video shots rarely pair nicely with the narrative. I am not sure if the occasional audio problems/irregularities are on purpose, but they do not come across as artistic. The 18 second shot of a white wall that fades into a brick wall was frustrating to watch. The overall theme of how difficult it is to live in LA is lost because of how poorly the movie is written. The scenes with the "Devil" character are what I would expect from a horror movie made by a high school student. Looking back on this film, I cannot find one redeeming quality. Even the credits were poorly done. The producer's name was listed several times in both the opening and closing credits. This is a short film that you should skip out on watching.
