The Lion King (Diamond Edition) The Lion King domination now moves over to home video and as you can see from the image to the left you have plenty of buying options. You can get the four-disc version with the 3D edition of the film, the two-disc version in either DVD or Blu-ray packaging or the eight disc version with the complete trilogy of films -- The Lion King, The Lion King 1.5 and The Lion King 2.
As for my suggestion, I will have a brief review later today, but the two-disc Blu-ray/DVD combo should be enough to satisfy, but then again I don't think I've ever watched The Lion King 1.5 of The Lion King 2, are they any good?

For its DVD and Blu-ray edition, The Pee-Wee Herman Show on Broadway was shot at the Stephen Sondheim Theatre in New York City in January, 2011, after the conclusion of its run on the Great White Way. The timing of the discs are a celebration, of sorts, of the 25th anniversary of Paul Reuben’s (Pee-Wee’s “alter-ego”) groundbreaking Saturday morning television show Pee-Wee’s Playhouse.
Directed by 11-time Emmy nominee Marty Callner (who also helmed the original 1981 The Pee-Wee Herman Show), The Pee-Wee Herman Show on Broadway is based both on Reubens’ original stage show, The Pee-Wee Herman Show, and Pee-Wee’s Playhouse.
The children’s show, which received nearly unanimous praise from the critics during its run, features a bunch of familiar characters (do Jambi the Genie, »

San Diego - Since Disney decided not to bring "The Muppets" to San Diego to help promote their new movie this fall, my guess is the most direct hit of bottled childhood available to Comic-Con attendees walked out onstage today to thunderous applause in a familiar grey suit and red bowtie. Ostensibly, Paul Reubens appeared to promote the upcoming home video release of "The Pee-Wee Herman Show On Broadway," which appeared on HBO, but it really felt more like he showed up just to say hello and answer some questions. They opened the panel with a clip from the show, the »
