A few sex scenes throughout the entire series.

There is a scene where two lovers are shown making out up against a car and spitting on each other. The same pair are also shown licking each others faces.

Sex scenes, though not graphic, contain lots of skin, moaning, and sometimes shows some thrusting.

In one episode the first lady is shown bending down (off screen) to give the president a blow job. His passive expression is shown.

The show focuses on the main characters adulterous relationship with the president.

In season 3 episode 7, there is scene where Mellie is raped

A few violent scenes, including a man stabbing another man in the neck with a pair of scissors, causing blood to splatter.

Olivia's mother is shown eating her own wrist. The scene is quite graphic and shows skin being spat out of her mouth, dripping with blood.

A man is tortured after being falsely accused of attempting to kill the president his face fills with puss and blood which splatters onto a window after being hit.

Dead bodies are found throughout the series, usually lying in pools of their own blood.

A family (husband, wife, two daughters, and a dog) are all murdered. The family is seen lying dead throughout the house. This scene is graphic and disturbing.

A dead body is found in a bed, covering in blood.

While trying to cover up a murder, Huck makes Quinn cut up a corpse. She cuts the corpse up with a knife.

B*tch, a**, wh*re, piss, and damn are intermittently audible.

Fuck is used in the bloopers many times and was not cut out.

Some drinking is seen.

Some of the dead bodies and blood can be disturbing.

When the president kills Verna it was an intense scene.

There a quite a few torture scenes, including a man pulling out a woman's teeth and characters using tools such as a drill to torture others. The scenes can be quite disturbing and intense and often show splattering of blood etc.
