Storyline

A brutal and frank telling of the life and struggles of boxer Matt Legg, from his life of crime, his prison sentence and the friendship developed with bare knuckle legend, 'Stormin' Norman Buckland. Norman takes Matt under his wing and enforces the future that can be had by using his aggression in the ring rather than on the street but life is never that easy when the past always has a way of catching up to you. Trivia

As this film had no money to spend they had to think on there feet, painting only one wall in a family members garage to make it look like a prison cell. The hospital was actually the director's living room and Barry was lying on his dinner table. Woodhill prison was actually just a local school. An when Norman and Matt had a boxing fight in the showers and Matt broke Norman's nose (twice), the blood he had on his shirt was real. See more »
