Storyline
In the future, a corrupt prison system capitalizes on the endangerment of its inmates by means of televised execution. Nathan Reeves, a prisoner who must survive against an other-worldly opponent known as The Phantom Executioner, places his fate in the hands of a handicapped, retired boxer who is haunted by his own past.
