Konkona Sen Sharma,
A truly honest police officer is transferred to a town controlled by a gangster he has humiliated. The gangster believes he can use good power to bring down this officer who made him look foolish and weak.
After conning and humiliating a Mumbai-based gangster, Anthony Gonsalves, on two different occasions, two con-men, Bhagat Bhosle - who stole a suitcase containing cash - and Chetan Chouhan - who stole his vehicle - end up in Bangkok. Once there, Chetan poses as a social worker and attempts to raise funds for orphans in Somalia as well as win the heart of a wealthy woman, Khushi. Bhagat also ventures on the scene and attempts to win her heart by feigning blindness. The duo make hilarious attempts to outdo each other - little knowing that soon things are going to change after Khushi gets abducted by a vengeful Anthony. Written by
I just cant imagine how anybody can make movie this much bad, No story, Lame jokes, Unreal situations. The humor in Rascals is too loud and often unfunny while Kangna Ranaut is too hysterical and dumb-headed to evoke all the trouble and attention. Okay, so dumbness can be excused in Bollywood comedies which ostensibly revel in low IQ gags. Complete waste of time and money. All Sanjay Dutt and Ajay Devgan do in the movie is just stick to Kangana Ranaut. Movie reminds me of Deewana Mastana (which was much more superior as compared to Rascals) On the flip side, in the second half, there are some unnecessary sequences that only add to the length in this over the top comedy.
A word of advice to Kangna. Stick to serious roles and stay away from comedy.
