JUST BE YOURSELF is a comedy about identity. In the vein of films like Being John Malkovich or Napolean Dynamite, JUST BE YOURSELF takes us on safari through the 'self'. Its premise is strikingly original yet universally relatable, asking what it is to find yourself, know yourself, and ultimately Just Be Yourself. When Ira Meese inherits People Puzzles - a company that makes puzzles out of pictures of people - he tries to fix what isn't broken. His parents, Myrtle and Dabney, spent their lives building People Puzzles into an empire, but Ira changes the profitable business into a three dimensional puzzle maker, instead selling Rubik's Cube-like mannequins of people. He quickly bankrupts it, and spends the next year unemployed and depressed. With the help of his girlfriend, Glenda (a fortune teller by profession), Ira finally gets an interview with a very strange company.
