Trivia

The mine cars commonly used in the 2nd dimension by The Resistance are the same ones seen being used by the animal agents as Agent Perry descends into his lair at the beginning of the movie. The Resistance Headquarters is Agent Pinky's lair, which is why the giant screen is pink and flowery. See more »

Quotes

Phineas Flynn: Okay, everyone, I think the tail is all set. I'll just go check with the foreman.
Isabella Garcia-Shapiro: He's gone!
Phineas Flynn: Hey, where's Perry? Did he really slip away? On his anniversary? Sometimes it seems like Perry's missed every single cool thing we've done all summer long. I guess he can do whatever he wants. After all, it's his day, right?
[Perry stands behind the tree and throws a stone, which clatters to something]
Baljeet Rai: Hey, what was that small noise?
Phineas Flynn: Let's all go walk over to it!

It was just rather bland.
21 March 2017 | by (Houston, Texas) – See all my reviews

Okay, I know I was being to harsh on this movie, but what I truly think of it now is that I don't think it's as bad as Chicken Little (2005). I know a lot of people out there really like this movie, and that's fine, nothing wrong with that, but I just never really found this movie interesting to begin with. I just find it very boring, the songs were rather bland, the action sequences aren't that exciting to me. I do think the teen characters are still interesting, and the animation's not so bad. I will admit that the Resistance characters do look kinda cool, but this movie overall is just boring to me. Phineas and Isabella's kissing scene, although quite cute, is kinda bland (no disrespect to romantic couples, by the way), and it was just mediocre to me. It's not as bad as Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs 2 either, but I just find this movie bland. If you do like this movie, I respect your opinion. I just don't find this movie anything special.
