I forgot all of this happened. The film was very informative reminding me of a murder case that was overshadowed by the Jasper and Waco incidences. Bill Simpson was a man trying to turn his life around and get back on his feet when unfortunate turn of events happen. This movie investigates those events and looks for the answers to what really transpired, who was involved and why it happened. A side note that even though it evokes remnants of the Klan, the movie shows how Vidor, Texas is trying to evolve from its past's horrible reputation. Over-all this film is a fair, balanced, thought provoking movie definitely worth watching.
