One morning, a pregnant young woman tries visiting her boyfriend's apartment. Without response, she leaves a note. When he wakes, he decides to play a twisted game of chance, Russian Roulette-style. Meanwhile, Harold Robson is out to kill the man who murdered his nine-year-old daughter. Through an old partner in crime, Harold obtains information and a gun leading him to the same apartment complex as the troubled young couple. Unknown to him, is the target's innocent twin brother Jack, who after receiving a new computer game in the mail decides to stay home from work again, "sick." The apartment complex conjoins the happenstance, or perhaps mis-happenstance.
