This show is my guilty pleasure. Not such a fan of all the clips where people get smashed up but I like the clips where people do weird and unusual things, especially the Russian ones. I think Rob's commentary is funny and I like Chanel and Steel O not sure why everyone is hating on them. They just seem like easy going people like you would have laughing with you in your living room watching a show. I think Chanel is pretty and nice. Why does she have to come up with brilliant commentary this show is not rocket science. I could not get through one episode of Tosh.O. Smug and gross.The guests are contemporary and I catch up with whats in lately.

It's a show with internet videos. Some people like Tosh and some people prefer Dyrdek and his cohosts plus a guest sometimes. Call it a rip off but is every cop or detective show a rip off of the first cop show and therefore no good or is it just a type of show now?
I personally can't put up with too much of Tosh and prefer Rob, Sterling, and Chanel. Sterling points out the funny background stuff and Chanel is hot and laughs a lot (if you get mad at pretty women laughing funny you're worried about the wrong thing). The best are when it's just the three of them. They have guests who are good maybe 1/3 of the time and the rest are stiffs but it doesn't make a huge difference.
What else do you want when you're hanging out watching stupid stuff?
If you prefer Tosh, watch that. If you think the whole thing is stupid, just don't watch.
To me this is great to put on in the background when you're having drinks with friends or if you just want some cheap, dumb laughs at the expense of idiots.

I actually like shows like these. I love "Funniest Home Videos" and "Tosh.0". The only thing I just can't stand in this show is the obnoxious, 'poop for brains' blonde called Chanel, that has the most annoying laugh in the history of mankind. I want to laugh but as soon as she starts to, I stop because it just sounds so fake. It really discourages me to find anything funny and I want to mute the sound every time she opens her mouth. I must admit though that their comments aren't that funny either, anyway. Very predictable and crude. Throw out the blonde, get more original lines and comments to make and it'd be quite an okay show.

This has got to be the worst and most annoying show I've ever watched and it's on every time I visit America. Kill this show immediately before more people accidentally see it. I'd rather watch 1990 you've been framed that have to sit through this again.

Obviously you need to have the right sense of humour for this, if you don't like goofy home video shows and things like Jackass then you're obviously not going to like this.
Some episodes are better than others so I'd say you need to see a few before getting a decent idea of it (like pretty much every TV series).
And I don't think that people could honestly tell you whether or not this is worth watching unless they know you really well.
I'll admit I'm not very fond of the hosts, they do annoy me, but if you can get past the over the top comments then the videos are pretty funny. I got quite a few more than decent laughs out of it.
Some episodes are better than others so I'd say you need to see a few before getting a decent idea of it (like pretty much every TV series).

I have been watching this show for a long time...along with all Robs other shows....
How in the hell can you not crack up and these crazy people doing these funny and stupid things....
When I'm in a bad mood or having a hard day...I'll turn this show on and know that I'll end up laughing my ass off....come on REALLY!!
I am a 63 year old woman and look forward to seeing more and more of the wonderful crazy world of Rob and his friends and guests....showing all these funny videos...that oh my god....MAKE ME LAUGH!!!

This show is like the McDonald's of the reality show world. It's a guilty pleasure that you really shouldn't watch too much or you will end up with diabetes or obesity. Regardless, it is still very popular and consumed regularly by the general public. Personally, I like this show because it was one of the first of its kind and it was a novel concept when it first came out. It has some good segments but some of them are stupid and not even funny. Hence the 7/10. But many of them are hilarious and I love the cast. Overall, a great show.

I really don't understand what's with the bad comments. Some people just try to find something to complain about. If you don't like stupid videos of stupid people getting a good old fashioned face plant... Then don't watch it. But what I like the most about it, is how Rob and his guests are making fun of it. The format is really compressed and it makes the job.
About tosh.0, yes it is different, but I prefer ridiculousness because I can see a lots of videos in a short laps of time, as for tosh, sometimes he is bragging about a video for 10 minutes.
And for those who don't like Channel, well it's your right, but a lot of people like her laugh and how she sometimes say funny things (and yes she is Rob's good friend too, that helps to be on the show) so she is, and that's it.
My conclusion; every type of programs are different, if you don't like it, don't watch it, period.

I would've given this show a 10 except for the cursing. But at least its bleeped out.
I abhor a lot of cursing - but the younger generation seems totally void of any other way to express themselves . . .
I don't have cable at my home, but I house-sit two homes and this is one of my go-to television programs. I'm mostly a big movie buff, I only watch lassics on TMC, and occasionally Riculousness.
It's just a lot of fun seeing the crazy things people do. As an older person, I'm really impressed with Drydek as he has done so many entrepreneurial things.
There's a lot of angst here about Chanel's laugh - but hey - I reckon she's laughing all the way to the bank. I personally think she's cute as can be. I also enjoy the varied guests too and their expressions and comments on the videos.

It's just a fun program.

What an interesting selection of garage. The host is repulsive and the general energy of the show so desperate. Please stop being on TV. I do not think a show has ever made less sense to me as to why it has more than one season.

I don't know what to say - I'm 62 yrs old - and this is my absolute guiltiest pleasure - it's S O wrong to watch - and sometimes so HARD to watch - but I do anyway. The three regulars are oftentimes more fun to watch than the guest star - and Chanel's laugh just cracks me UP! When Dyrdek loses it - it's always so funny to see what tickles his funnybone - and the fella that runs the films is always right on the money. (sorry- I can't think of his name) - I can't think of any of the situations that I enjoy the most - but I D O admit to having to look away when I see something uber-painful on its way! I hope it's on for a long, long time to come.

Ridiculousness reminds me of another television show I liked to watch called
Maximum exposure.
Ridiculousness is always good for a laugh. Maybe I should not be laughing at what happens in the videos but, I do. Some of the video's have people doing gross things like people spitting on people. But, most of the videos are funny.
On of the best things about the show is Chenel west coast's laugh. I don't think I have heard someone laugh like her before. Chrissy snow's laugh from three's company was unique also but, she is a fictional character not a real person. And Chenel's and Chrissy's laugh are completely different. But, Cenel has a great laugh.
Who's line is it anyway? and Ridiculousness are two of the funniest shows on television.

I am surprised how many reviews have trashed this show. If you have such stringent "standards" for low brow comedy, you obviously watch too much of it. I start cracking up even when I hear the theme song ("Yeah yeah yeah yeah yeahyeahyeahyeahyeah..."). Rob's nimble dancing around on the keyboard implies the viewer's own keystrokes by which s/he "pulls up" such videos on youtube, a nice comment on how social media voyeurism has confounded the lines between public and private. His guests, themselves all "professional" "daredevils," both mock and promote their trade when enjoying these videos. Loosen up, people. If you want classy, read Chaucer. On second thought...

This show isn't very good, but it's entertaining and it's kinda charming, way more than Tosh.o, despite being basically the same thing, only less cynical and actually funny.. The girl laughing ruins it and is the main reason I watch it alone, she annoys everyone around it.. But there's just something charming about Rob Dyrdek, I like any show he's involved in and even hope to meet him some day.. Give it a watch and see what you think.. About the only good thing left on MTV and MUCH.. Same thing jut different channels..

MTV was already derailed by the time this show started in 2011, but this was the show that put it in a coma on life support. Imagine sitting down and watching clips from the Internet while some stoners laugh and crack pre-written jokes. That's funny to you, America? Get a grip on reality, folks. This show sucks.

After reading the reviews on this page, I felt obligated to help its' rating a bit. It's perceivable that the ones writing the reviews (may) have only watched the first season, but it gets better.
I, myself, found it uncomfortable to watch at first, but as the seasons go on, the hosts really start to warm up to their positions (Steelo - Tech and smarts, Chanel - Looks and dumb "one-liners" and Rob for the charisma and celebrity)
Anyone bored with the Tosh's self-importance, homophobic jokes and disturbing (at times, disgusting) segments, will find a good home with Ridiculousness. Despite having several negative reviews, I personally can't wait to enjoy their new episodes, plus, it's PG so you don't have to sit on the stop button in front of your children.
The hosts of this show have gotten much more comfortable with their roles on the show and therefore, over the past 4 seasons, I've found myself more and more into their witty banter. The awkward and spaced-out comments have almost vanished completely, making this show very enjoyable to watch.
In a nutshell, funny, family-friendly and enjoyable. Watch a few episodes before you judge this one.

I love the host who is funny, creative, and fun. Chanel might be a little annoying, but Sterling makes fun of her constantly. I find it degrading toward her and toward all women. She represents the female opinion in all the videos and he's always putting her down. He needs to go!

I think this show is hilarious and some people need to lighten up! It amazes me how many say it needs an older host - Rob is 45 years old at the end of this month! How old do you need the host to be??? I think Rob, Steelo and Chanel's comments are the best part of the show and I have it on in the background at my house every weekend.

The worst thing about this show is Chanel's laugh . It is so annoying and reminds me of the "Flipper" show from the 60's and the sound Flipper makes . That dolphin sound . Look up the Flipper show from the 60's , and you'll know what I mean. I have to mute the show most of the time just to not hear her annoying laugh . I wish Rob would get rid of her or replace her . Sterling, I have no problem. Rob , I have no problem.

The cackle of the girl cohost sounds like nails on a chalk board. All she does it sit there are cackle at any gross video they feature. The main host should thank his lucky stars that he has this gig. It must be the easiest job in earth. I assume this show is designed for teens and children. Stunt videos and immature comments galore !
