Deok-yon, a man with acquired blindness and cardiac failure, has to get dialysis three times a week at a hospital. One day, like many other days, he comes back home weary and lonely after a dialysis. Deok-yun 's daily life is not very different from a normal person, although he has to use a voice-eye scanner to pick today's TV dinner. Then, one day Sang-won, a musical actor and a friend of Deok-yun drops by. Deok-yun tells him about the story he's been working on for a film. Then a urgent phone call makes Sang-won to go back to Seoul. Seeing his friend out to the car, Deok-yun feels sorry about not having enough time to talk to his friend. And the story goes on.
