The makers of the Independent Cult Horror feature film Skew (2011) bring you their balls-to-the-wall action/horror follow-up flick Peelers.

Directed by Sevé Schelenz, starring Wren Walker, Caz Odin Darko, and Madison J. Loos, Peelers will have its Canadian theatrical release March 24, 2017 (from TWMedia Events) and release on VOD March 28, 2017 (from Uncork’d Entertainment).

Uncork’d Entertainment has released a trailer for Seve Schelenz’s (Skew) new film, the zombie horror Peelers, which sees a small down strip club coming under attack from the walking dead. Check it out below, along with the new poster…

Former baseball player Blue Jean Douglas is closing down her small-town strip club and leaving for good. But her plans are not so easily attained when a group of coal miners show up and with them a deadly contaminant. What starts out as a last hurrah for the infamous strip club, turns into a blood bath. With time running out, Blue Jean must step up to the plate to try and put a stop to the spread of destruction before it’s too late and she loses everything she holds dear.

Peelers is set for release On Demand from March 28th. »

The Monster Fest Traveling Sideshow: Press Release: Monster Fest, Australia’s premier genre film festival celebrating cult, horror and the fantastic, returns for its seventh edition November 22-26, 2017 at the Lido Cinemas in Melbourne, mounted with the support of Screen Australia. These dates include the festival’s industry component, The Swinburne University Media and Communication Monster Academy, which will kick off the festival November 22 and 23.

Sales outfit is bringing six market premieres to Berlin.

Ahead of the European Film Market (Efm) at the Berlin Film Festival (Feb 9-19), genre sales specialists Devilworks has revealed more detail about its slate of films.

The company’s full slate features six market premieres, including sci-fi thriller Incontrol from director Kurtis David Harder (Cody Fitz). Starring Levi Meaden (Aftermath, Pacific Rim: Uprising) and Rory J. Saper (The Legend Of Tarzan), the film tells the story of a group of university students who discover a device that allows them to take control of other people.
