Halloween The Wake
24 February 2012 | by (United Kingdom) – See all my reviews

As this was the first time i have ever seen a fan made film,I wasn't sure what to expect, but I was surprised as to how well made it was,the suspense ,music score all was spot on with what i was watching unfold on the screen. The film didn't go into to much depth as far as the characters are concerned but it didn't need to,it's simple but it works. There isn't to much blood and gore so shouldn't put off the squeamish horror fan,the whole film from start to finish is unique to any other slasher/horror film that i have seen in where it draws the viewer in gradually to the storyline unfolding before your eyes using unique shooting and storytelling. It's a shame this isn't recognised as part of the Halloween Franchise as its better than most sequels ,remakes to date.
