Storyline

Lori is attacked in her wrecked car by two walkers but she succeeds in killing them. Meanwhile, Rick, Hershel, and Glenn are ready to leave the bar but the friends of Dave and Tony arrive in the town looking for their friends and they are trapped. Rick tries to negotiate a truce with them, but there is a shootout that attracts many walkers to town. At the farm, the survivors find that Lori is missing and Shane drives to find her. When he does, he lies to her and tells her that Rick is safe and sound in the farm. Later he tells her that he did it to protect the baby and Lori. When the walkers arrive in the town, the strangers flee and leave behind one of their friends who is injured. Rick brings him to the farm and Shane is worried that the strangers will find the farm. Lori decides to tell Rick that Shane is dangerous and believes that her baby is his. Written by Claudio Carvalho, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil

Quotes

Maggie Greene: What's going on with you?
Glenn Rhee: Your dad saved my life today. And Rick saved us both. And I - I froze.
Maggie Greene: Well, you were being shot at.
Glenn Rhee: No, that...
Maggie Greene: You don't have anything to prove.
Glenn Rhee: All I've done - and then this. Okay? It's because of what you said.

Great Episode!
7 June 2014 | by (United States) – See all my reviews

This is the ninth episode of the second season of Breaking Bad and it's a great episode that has a rather appropriate title. I say that because there are many events here that triggers what is to come. This has a fine mix of dramatic and action elements and this makes for an exciting episode.

In this episode, "Triggerfinger," Rick, Glenn, and Hershel becomes involved in a shootout and when the walkers attack, they end up saving one of people shooting at them from the walkers. Meanwhile, Lori believes that Shane is becoming dangerous.

Overall, this is an excellent episode and I can most certainly praise the character development here, especially with Shane. We can truly see the monster Shane is starting to become. I rate this episode 9/10.
