The ending is "pretty much good already."

During the breakfast, Glenn tells group about the secret in barn. He gets mixed responds from group and Shane is especially very angry. He insists they should move on to Fort Benning, because of the security issues of barn and the losing hope of finding Sophia.

Daryl tries to make another search for Sophia, but her mother Carol stops him, she doesn't wants him to risk his life. Daryl becomes very angry at her, but later tries to restore her hope.

Rick begs Hershel not to throw them away from the farm. Hershel has one condition, and he shows it to Rick in the muddy pond.

Dale tries to hides guns from Shane, but fails to do that.

As Rick and Hershel arrives, Shane arms everybody and pries open barn's door. Only to make a shocking discovery.

At first I think the story is again progressing very slow, but the ending save the whole episode. It ends very perfect, and it really surprises me. Character depth and improvement is good I think, but it is lovely to watch all characters' expressions to the event at the ending.

Ending save the episode. My vote is 9/10
