Trivia

The back story for the Billy Bill vs. Mr. Dick Nipple tables match goes back to the Insane Clown Posse's "Amazing Jeckel Brothers" Tour in 1999. Coal Chamber were one of the supporting acts, but Violent J and his brother Jumpsteady removed them from the tour because too many Juggalos were demanding ticket refunds for the three shows on which Coal Chamber appeared. This led to Osbourne threatening to sue ICP for breach of contract, and Osbourne and Violent J making a bet that ICP's next album would only sell 200,000 copies. Combined, the Bizaar and Bizzar albums sold a total of 400,000 copies, though Osbourne did not pay ICP. See more »
